After many years of working in 5 star resorts such Four Seasons, Alila and Ritz Carlton, in their concierge services curating 5-star experiences for guests, he felt that he had created a great customer rapport and frequent returning guests that would directly reach out to him that he was destined to create his own tourism company.
From here, Bali Customized Tours was created and then followed his very lovely returning guests as well as connections with many travel Youtubers that featured him and his tours that then let to very quick and expanding company that he has now.
